This role will be immersed in projects that help drive data-informed decisions, strengthen retailer partnerships, and support channel growth. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and closely with drug channel customers, the e.l.f.tern will develop a strong foundation in account management, retail analytics, and operational excellence within the drug retail landscape.\nResponsibilities:Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports with clear insights and commentaryConduct retail sales, consumer, and category analysis, including tracking new item launches and planogram performanceSupport ROI analysis on new programs, initiatives, and distribution opportunitiesLeverage category and performance insights to inform assortment decisions in partnership with space planningAssist in managing in-store merchandising programs from concept through executionSupport retailer item setup and ongoing item maintenanceMonitor and report on competitive brand launches, programs, and retail events within the drug channelProvide administrative support, including sending samples, completing listing forms, and coordinating retailer requestsHelp manage retailer inquiries and visual merchandising aftercare needsEnsure customer requests for information are met accurately and in a timely mannerCollaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to align on priorities and deliverablesBuild and maintain positive working relationships with customers and key stakeholdersRequirementsMust be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28thMust be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldStrong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent planning, organizational, and time-management skillsEffective written and verbal communication abilitiesStrong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindsetSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to deliver resultsComfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environmentPassion for the beauty industry, consumer trends, and retailBusiness Rationale:The Sales, Drug Summer e.l.f.tern will support the drug channel team during a high-impact period by helping maintain day-to-day sales operations, reporting, and retailer support.
