Beauty is looking for a motivated, collaborative, Account Specialist to join our dynamic, high-growth company. Reporting to the VP, Sales, this position is remote. The Account Specialists will assist the VP of Sales and Account Manager(s) in bringing e.l.f. Beauty to life at key retail partners, including Dollar. The role supports all customer management functions and assists in the day-to-day customer relations, customer promotional planning, in-store activations, assortment planning and more. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces e.l.f.’s dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality to drive solutions. S/he needs to be a self-starter bringing at least 2-4+ years of relevant sales support experience. The ideal hire will be someone who has demonstrable skills working effectively with both internal and external cross-functional partners while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment comfortable with collaboration across all parts of the business.\nResponsibilities:General administration support requests (sending samples, fixture requests, etc)Ensure all customer requests for information are met in a timely mannerCollaborate with all other members of the sales team and cross-functionallyEstablish and maintain effective relationships with decision-makersProvide administrative, clerical and customer support servicesSupport Account Manager(s) to ensure smooth sales operationsPrepare and distribute sales reportsSales reporting analysis to understand what’s working/not in assortment, tracking of new items, and endcap performanceIn-store merchandising updatesItem set-up, maintenance, loading content and images with retailers and retailer.comsMonitor and report on competitive brand launches and eventsRequirements:2-4 years sales support experienceSelf-motivated, goal oriented, desire to deliver resultsFast learner, quick thinkerStrong planning and organizational skillsEffective communication skillsStrong computer and analytical skills. Specifically, Microsoft Office excel and PowerPoint.Strong relationship building skillsTeam-oriented, responsive, passion to succeedCollege or Bachelor’s DegreeStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work in a team or independentlyDemonstrates initiative, not afraid to troubleshoot on their ownPassion for beauty\n$65,000 - $85,000 a year\nThe base salary range for this role is listed above.  Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.
