Visit our Career Page to learn more about our team: https://www.elfbeauty.com/work-with-usPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced team.As Sourcing Manager, you will support new product launches, post-development optimization, and supplier execution across e.l.f. beauty’s multi-brand portfolio. This role focuses on executing sourcing strategies, managing day-to-day supplier relationships, and partnering cross-functionally to drive cost optimization, mitigate risk, and support innovation.Success in this role requires strong execution, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to challenge existing processes while operating within established sourcing frameworks.\nResponsibilities:Sourcing & ExecutionExecute sourcing strategies across packaging, finished goods, and select new categories in alignment with broader business objectives.Support new product launches for Naturium by coordinating supplier readiness, timelines, and deliverables.Partner with cross-functional teams to support post-development optimization initiatives.Supplier Relationship ManagementManage ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs.Support supplier negotiations by preparing cost analyses, benchmarks, and recommendations.Assist in managing contractual terms related to pricing, capacity, and supply continuity, escalating issues as needed.Innovation & CollaborationPartner with Asia Sourcing, R&D, Product Development, and Marketing to execute internally vs. externally led development pathways.Support supplier-led innovation by tracking capabilities, samples, and development timelines.Coordinate supplier participation in development and commercialization activities.Global AlignmentSupport alignment across brands by executing sourcing processes consistently while accommodating brand-specific needs.Contribute to maintaining a diverse supplier base to support category and brand requirements.What You’ll Own:Develop and execute sourcing strategies across packaging, finished goods, and new categories as we grow.Build, negotiate, and manage a diversified, resilient global supplier network.Identify and unlock cost-savings opportunities without compromising quality, speed, or brand experience.Partner closely with Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Operations to align supplier capabilities with innovation pipelines.While focused on Naturium, create a structure that works across brands, and still allows for flexibility and creativity where appropriateLead risk assessment and mitigation plans for supply continuity and geopolitical exposure.Drive contract strategy, including MSAs, pricing agreements, and long-term partnerships.Influence enterprise planning by bringing visibility into market trends, commodity pricing, and supplier innovation.Requirements:BA or BS required4-6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Management, or Procurement, with 3-5+ years in sourcing is required, ideally within the beauty industryRich experience working with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers, with a focus on partnership and relationship buildingHigh degree of financial and analytical aptitude a must, with a strong attention to detailExcellent influence and negotiating skillsAble to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize competing demandsResults-oriented mindset with a focus on cross-functional problem solvingMust be team-oriented, responsive, comfortable collaborating and decision making across internal and external teams globallyExcellent oral and written communication skills with ability to handle various situations, multiple priorities, changing business needsMust have a mindset towards continuous improvement across new product development processes and supplier management\n$80,000 - $110,000 a year\nThe base salary range for this role is listed above.  Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.
