Cosmetics is looking for a Summer Intern, Social Media to join our Social Media team. In this role, you’ll support content creation, scheduling, and user-generated content (UGC) sourcing that helps bring the e.l.f. brand to life across our social channels. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in social media marketing within a fast-paced, creative environment while contributing to campaigns that excite beauty fans everywhere.\nResponsibilities:Assist with maintaining and updating the monthly social media calendarSource and request user-generated content (UGC) aligned with monthly product and campaign prioritiesSupport the creation of engaging social content as neededHelp schedule posts across social channels, including X, Snapchat, Instagram, and Instagram Stories, in support of marketing campaigns and product launchesSupport scheduling and coordination of weekly TikTok Live sessionsMonitor social media trends, conversations, filters, and emerging platforms relevant to e.l.f. CosmeticsAssist with influencer and community gifting initiativesSupport the planning and execution of monthly social media giveawaysRequirements:Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work in-office 3 days per weekMust be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipMust be available for the full internship period: June 1– August 28 Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferredStrong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practicesCreative mindset with strong multitasking and time-management skillsComfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPrior experience with social media or marketing is a plus, but not requiredBusiness Rationale:This summer, the e.l.f.tern will support key social initiatives, including content creation and scheduling for summer product launches and early planning for fall content.
