Cosmetics is seeking a Summer Intern, Influencer & Content Creation to support creator relationship operations, campaign planning, and event activation across our influencer ecosystem. In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day creator programs, build and maintain campaign lists, and support high-profile events and cultural moments. This internship offers hands-on experience in influencer marketing and creator operations within a fast-paced, culturally driven environment.\nResponsibilities:Creator Relationship Operations (40%)Execute a weekly personalized creator mailer program (50–75 creators per week), including product selection, handwritten note coordination, and shipment trackingMaintain creator database hygiene in CreatorIQ, ensuring accurate contact details, content preferences, and relationship historySupport PR box campaign logistics, including creator vetting and fulfillment coordination with agency partnersCampaign List Management (35%)Build custom, vetted creator lists for each product launch and brand activation (supporting approximately 8–12 campaigns over the summer)Cross-reference creator lists against brand safety protocols and organic content history using Viral Nation SecureMaintain campaign tracking documentation to monitor creator participation, content performance, and relationship momentumCoordinate with cross-functional teams to align creator strategy with product marketing calendarsEvent Support & Amplification (20%)Provide on-site support for creator events and activations, including tentpole cultural moments and studio sessionsCoordinate pre-event creator communications, logistics, and gift suite preparationSupport post-event content tracking and relationship follow-up to extend cultural impactDocument event learnings and creator feedback to inform future activation strategyTeam Development & Learning (5%)Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute insights from daily observation of the creator communityShadow senior team members on creator calls and agency collaboration sessionsComplete a summer Capstone Project focused on creator ecosystem insights or operational innovationEngage in Employee Experience programming and the cross-department e.l.f.tern communityRequirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldMust be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipMust be available for the full internship period: June 1 - August 28.Proficient in deck creation (PowerPoint or Google Slides) and list management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable)Demonstrated interest in the creator economy through personal content creation, creator community engagement, or relevant courseworkComfortable interacting with influencers and VIP talent in professional settingsAvailable for in-office work in Los Angeles at least three days per week, with flexibility based on team needs and event datesStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and personalizationSelf-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEnthusiasm for the beauty industry and cultural fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTubeIdeal Candidate Also Has:Personal experience as a micro or nano creator on any platformPrevious internship or work experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or social mediaFamiliarity with creator management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, AspireIQ, Tribe)Understanding of the beauty industry competitive landscape and creator dynamicsEvent logistics or experiential marketing experiencePassion for e.l.f.
