This role provides exposure to the early stages of product development, with a focus on color cosmetics, global shade strategy, and hands-on support within the Product Development (PD) environment.\nResponsibilities:Research and evaluate current shade assortments to help identify gaps and opportunitiesSupport the assessment of shades based on color, finish, and overall assortment balanceAssist with organizing, maintaining, and managing product and shade archives within the PD roomSupport the Product Development team with documentation, tracking, and general project organizationCollaborate with cross-functional partners as needed to support ongoing product development initiativesRequirements:Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipMust be available for the full internship period: June 1st – August 28thCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldPassion for color cosmetics and interest in beauty product developmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage routine tasks and support multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative teamClear written and verbal communication skillsEager to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Business Rationale:This role supports the Product Development team by assisting with global shade assortment evaluation and maintaining organized product archives within the PD room.
