This role offers hands-on exposure to how a clean beauty brand connects with Millennial and Gen X audiences through thoughtful marketing, community engagement, and purpose-driven campaigns.\nResponsibilities:Sampling & Campaign SupportSupport product sampling campaigns by helping develop messaging and execution plans to introduce Well People products to health-conscious audiencesTrack campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights to inform future sampling initiativesTrendspotting & Cultural MomentsMonitor beauty trends and cultural moments relevant to Millennial and Gen X audiencesIdentify opportunities for Well People to show up authentically during key moments such as International Women’s Month, Pride, and Latin Heritage MonthTrack competitor activity within the clean beauty and wellness spaceEvent CoordinationAssist with planning and coordinating brand events, including product launches, influencer activations, and external pop-upsSupport event logistics such as materials, product inventory, and on-site setupCollect post-event feedback and insights to help improve future activationsAdditional Marketing SupportSupport brand storytelling through marketing narratives, reporting, presentations, and other marketing initiativesAssist with cross-functional projects aligned with Well People’s mission of clean beauty, innovation, and accessibilityRequirements:Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28thMust be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipCurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldMust be based in Los AngelesStrong interest in clean beauty, wellness, and sustainabilityCreative storyteller with a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunitiesFamiliarity with social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, and an understanding of community engagementStrong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBusiness Rationale:This summer, the Brand Intern will support the small but mighty Well People marketing team across initiatives that shape brand presence and connection with core Millennial and Gen X audiences.
