This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to analyse trends, optimize performance, and support growth initiatives across markets. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse sales, market, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunitiesDevelop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance trackersSupport sales forecasting, budgeting, and promotional effectiveness analysisTranslate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholdersPartner with Sales and Commercial teams to support customer and channel performance reviewsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of data across systems and reportsSupport ad-hoc analyses for leadership and cross-functional projectsContinuously improve reporting processes and analytical tools Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related fieldKnowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)Experience with market data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana)2–5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar roleStrong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)Experience working with sales data, forecasts, and KPIsAbility to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience in beauty, FMCG, retail, or consumer goodsKnowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)Experience with market data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI)International or multi-market exposure What You BringProven experience leading complex, cross-functional programmesA bias for action—you’re organised but never bureaucraticStrong storytelling and communication skills (you influence without needing authority)Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsAbility to connect big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution\n\n£0 - £0 a year\nThe base salary range for this role is listed above.  Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.
