This unique role combines the strategic management of our affiliate partnerships with the exciting world of podcast and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate is a master relationship-builder, a savvy negotiator, and a creative thinker who is passionate about discovering and scaling new growth channels. You will be responsible for expanding our brand's reach and driving revenue by identifying and nurturing key affiliate partners and leading our podcast advertising initiatives.\nMain Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with key affiliate partners & existing podcasts, including coupon, discount, sites, and new emerging verticalsDevelop and maintain ongoing relationships with podcast agencies, influencers, and content creators across various audio platformsConduct outreach to potential podcast shows and affiliate partners, negotiating rates and terms to secure high-value collaborationsManage the end-to-end execution of affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns to achieve objectives and KPIsAnalyze and optimize the performance of existing partners, identifying and addressing under-performing areas with support from the wider marketing team (CRO, Content, SEO, PPC).Brainstorm and implement new, creative approaches to affiliate and influencer campaignsResearch innovative ways, channels, and technologies to promote our brands and products effectivelyAdopt a hands-on approach to test, analyze, and scale new growth ideas and strategiesCore Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in one of the following: affiliate, podcasts, influencers marketingWorking knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketingStrong analytical skills, confident with analyzing dataExcellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detailSolid negotiation skills aimed at tangible resultsAbility to work autonomously as well as manage multiple tasks and responsibilitiesInterest in technology, cybersecurity, and innovationsExperience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools, and different web and data analytic tools would be a bonusSalary RangeGross Salary 2500 - 3500 EUR/Month\nWhat We OfferInnovate with industry leadersWork alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.Learn & growBoost your skills via our extensive training programs (online and offline) & other resources.
