Your challenge at Yuno • Lead the Key Account Management Function: Oversee the Key Account Management Latam team, setting strategic goals, and driving overall performance to achieve organizational objectives.• Mentor and Develop the Team: Provide leadership and professional development to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.• Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key merchants alongside individual account managers.• Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the team to identify new business opportunities and leverage market and competitor insights to achieve revenue targets.• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with technical, business, legal, sales, marketing, product, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.• Strategic Oversight: Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing growth of client accounts, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and achieve performance objectives.• Develop Account Strategies: Support the team in designing strategies to achieve long-term growth and client retention.???? Skills you needMinimum Qualifications• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.• Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager.• You are an amazing leader that people love to work with: proven experience in a leadership role handling international clients in the payments' industry.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Preferred Qualifications• Post-graduation or any certification in people management or leadership.????
