You’ll work closely with UX designers, accessibility experts, and engineers across multiple teams to deliver high-quality, consistent, and reusable UI components used by thousands of developers across the company.You’ll directly impact Coupa's ability to build cohesive, performant, and accessible user interfaces at scale — enabling engineering teams to move faster with confidence and consistency.\nWhat You'll Do:As a Sr. Front End Engineer you will be a part of a team developing software using React.js and CSS to build responsive pages with ease of use for our customers.  You will be contributing to the development of concepts, methods and techniques with design ownership over features and functionality with a sizable impact on the team’s output.Design, build, and maintain modern, reusable React components in Coupa’s shared UI librariesCollaborate with UX, accessibility (a11y), and product teams to align on design and interaction standardsHelp define and enforce React component standards: props, theming, accessibility, testingPartner with teams across Coupa to onboard and support their adoption of the component systemWrite documentation and usage guidance in Storybook, contributing to a world-class developer experienceImprove CI/CD workflows and testing infrastructure for the design systemStay up to date with front-end ecosystem trends and identify opportunities to improve developer ergonomicsParticipate in design reviews and contribute to establishing and refining design tokens and theming architectureWhat You'll Bring To Coupa:If you have experience with the areas below you might be a match for our Engineering team!  We offer an extensive onboarding experience as well as mentorships and sponsor continuous learning opportunities throughout your career.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field5+ years of experience with front-end development using React.js or similar Javascript frameworkUnderstanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility and browser performance5+ years of experience with CSS and building responsive pages with usability in mindComfortable working collaboratively with a globally distributed team while having a growth-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with component testing (e.g., React Testing Library, Storybook interaction tests)Comfortable working in a monorepo or modular NPM workspace environmentBonus: Familiarity with npm package publishing, and GitHub Actions CI/CD\nCoupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
