And together, as a Crew, we are revolutionizing the way the world’s leading brands leverage technology to drive the best customer experiences.The Product Designer role is focused on the user experience and interface design elements of the software product development of Coates’ software products, including the Digital Signage Content Management System (CMS), Switchboard.\nResponsibilities Develop product design concepts from complex sets of requirements Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps Develop solutions to product usability challenges Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering leads to drive solutions Employ design best practices across all deliverables and adhere to accessibility standards Understand the design research process, collaborate and support the Product Owner, to formalize design research into insights and ideas Collaborate with Product Owners to drive the frameworks for success each product solution is measured by, and optimize to get the best results for our productsCapabilities Keen eye for design detail with a creative flairExceptional quality and high-fidelity wireframing skills - grounded in strategy and insights Self-starter; driven and able to act autonomouslyReliable partnerQualifications 5+ years of experience working in a digital design roleExperience with UI design tools such as; Figma, Sketch or Adobe XDExcellent working knowledge of design processes, methodologies and principlesExcellent experience design skills and the ability to create artifacts, such as Information Architecture diagrams, Archetypes + Personas, Customer Journey Maps, User Flows, Scenarios, Wireframes and Prototypes, Usability testing scriptsYou will need to demonstrate your design capability by showing a strong portfolio full of beautiful, usable experiences designed for all kinds of devices and contextsExperienced in Adobe's Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopExperience with graphic design and outputting assets for the WebProficiently skilled in HTML5/CSS3 and CSS animationExperience with video editing and animation \n$115,000 - $126,000 a year\nAbout CoatesWe are industry leaders who have won awards and set records.
