The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and the performance agency landscape in the Czech Republic, and be able to understand the needs of agencies and marketers in order to deliver measurable results against ambitious sales targets.\nWhat You'll DoClient Onboarding and Support: Partner with Client Partners to pitch to and onboard digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Ads.Campaign Setup and Optimization: Assist clients with campaign setup, optimization, and budget planning to help achieve their advertising goals.Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights to improve campaign outcomes.Collaboration: Coordinate with the Microsoft Advertising team and internal teams to resolve technical and ad policy issues, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.Operational Management: Handle contractual setup, invoicing, and Microsoft Ads account setup to ensure all processes are accurate and timely for each client.What You'll Need for this RoleIn-depth experience working at digital performance agencies.Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads.Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus).Structured and analytical mindset.Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Czech.What will make us really love you:You have an eye for detail.You maintain a balance of being a true team player as well as having a competitive edge.You have a positive attitude (training, resiliency, appreciate the growth from adversity).You are coachable and have proven ability to take and implement feedback.You have the ability to engage and communicate with clients in a positive and approachable way.You are a proven top performer in your work experience\nWhy Join Us?Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
