How Yuno will challenge you• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making within your squad. • Participate in the agile software development process, ensuring technical excellence and efficient delivery. • Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers, fostering growth and best practices. • Take ownership of the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align technical decisions with business goals. • Architect, design, and implement APIs and microservices using cutting-edge technologies. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards, security, and automation practices. • Help shape Yuno’s technical roadmap and advocate for engineering excellence across the organization. ???? The skills you needMinimum Qualifications • Mandatory strong Experience managing technical teams in hyper growth environments• Proficiency in Golang • Experience with Kotlin/Java is a plus. • 5+ years of backend development experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures. • Strong understanding of SQL and Postgres. • Familiarity with OWASP security principles. • Experience using Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Autonomy, adaptability, and ownership of your deliverables. • Fluent English (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications• Experience in the payment industry.• Experience integrating Payment Service Providers. • Knowledge in Frontend languages.????
