As part of our US commercial team, you'll have the opportunity to source leads, build valuable relationships, and convert exciting opportunities across North America with some of the world's largest and best-known players.In this individual contributor role, you will independently manage your pipeline, achieve revenue targets, drive product adoption, and contribute to ongoing innovation. Your responsibilities include identifying, prospecting, and establishing opportunities with large global financial service providers and enterprise merchants.We are expecting individuals in this role to work three days per week aligned with US time zones, from 12 PM to 8 PM.\nYour impact in this role:Responsible for closing new Payment Service Provider (PSP) contracts or Enterprise Merchant contractsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to converting PSP, gateway, or acquirer/processor opportunities, and aid in their growth and developmentAchieve new business targets, share-of-wallet growth, profit, and customer satisfactionWork with the Sales Engineering team to effortlessly onboard new clientsPartner with the client success and partner marketing teams to deliver customer training and activation sessionsDevelop customer plans for efficient handover of accounts to Account Management teamsMake connections with influencers and decision makers that will lead to opportunities in the short and long term, while building and maintaining trustWhat would make you a great fit:A minimum of 5 years payments experience in Sales and or Business Development rolesKnowledge of the FinTech payments space - A broad view of how and where PPRO fits within the payments ecosystem and how that is strategically important to PPRO’s future positioningProven record of high performance, achieving outstanding results and delivering against targeted revenue results.Strong commercial, analytical, and quantitative skills are essential, and the ability to leverage data and analytics to back up assumptions, suggestions, and drive actionsStrong sense of ownership and demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervisionHave strong influencing skills and be comfortable engaging with different types of customers including technical, C-level, marketing team and customising messaging based on the audienceExcellent communication skills: You thrive in international environments and can connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures\nWhat's in it for you ?:Hybrid working - We offer a hybrid structure with a 3 days / week on site expectation, so you can strike the balance between office and home working.
