You need to utilize your strategic and analytical business skills, along with talent management skills to cultivate and lead the team. An ideal candidate will have a strong digital media sales track record in influencing c-level executives with global key accounts in CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech & Auto with team management experience to achieve our revenue objectives.\nMain ResponsibilitiesBuild strong partnership with key clients and c-level executives in different industries focusing on, but not limited to CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech & Auto.Cultivate a team of ad sales managers to help them with increasing client base with strategic pitches, influencing C-level clients and analyzing client performance and revenue trend for inclusive solutionsManage the team by developing sales skills, coaching & training, building organizational structure including recruitingSustain close communication and alignment with clients and local sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and engender trust and collaborationEstablish managerial processes: annual planning, budget prioritization, impact measurementRegularly consult with local/regional sales leadership to enhance brand and product level positioning and engagement in their marketsSkills and Experience RequiredMinimum qualification will be sales track record or experience in brand client side or understanding of branding ad/ full funnel marketingMinimum 10+ years of work experience in media sales role with knowledge in digital performance marketing and ad metrics from tech-driven companies or media platforms3+ years of team and people management experienceLeadership skills – strong point of view with the ability to navigate clients, tech partners, and leverage existing relationships as well as building/fostering new relationships in a matrix organizationAbility to lead, plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaignsProficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills. \n#ALEPHWhy Join Us?Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
