While our company mission is to keep innovating global commerce, our internal mission is to #chooseaction, #beopen, #thinkcustomer, #gofurther and #wintogetherThe Purpose:As Customer Funds Reconciliation Analyst at PPRO, you will be part of the Financial Operations Team, interacting with several areas of our Global Team to ensure a proper track and analysis of our Customer Funds and Cost of Sales\nYour impact in this role:Supporting our accounting and reporting team with a clear focus on reconciliation of customer funds and cost of sales with good understanding of accounting principles and processesSupporting the activities to prepare, compare, identify, analyze and solve differences in customer funds and cost of sales to get a deep understanding of PPRO's processesImprove the quality and speed (and create new reports) for the internal customer funds and cost of sales analysisKeep financial controls and KPI´s up to dateAnswer and solve account manager calls related to reconciliationsMaintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the recon and accounting process, ensuring fair and unbiased finance practices.Work closely with partners to understand the needs and develop effective improvement plans.Respond promptly to internal area inquiries, providing clear and helpful information to support their needs.Actively listen to feedback to continuously improve the area and ensure alignment with business needs.What would make you a great fit:Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or proven experience in the financial areaProficiency in English is essential (ability to conduct meetings and presentations in English is crucial).Advanced written proficiency in Spanish is essential; spoken fluency is desirableEasy to handle different systems.Analytical and investigative skills.Ability to work within fixed and short timeframes, especially in month end closureStrong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams around the globeMulti-task and resilient profile to work in a challenging and dynamic environment\nWhat we offer:Hybrid working - We offer a hybrid structure with a 3 days / week on site expectation, so you can strike the balance between office and home working.
