Social Media & Content Lead (DeFi) Location: Remote in EU Compensation: $100K - $120K We are building the endgame of onchain trading—a perpetual and spot DEX designed for the highest bar in the industry. Our mission is simple: create a platform that is good enough for TradFi, but open to everyone. We’re looking for a stellar Social Media & Content Lead to own our presence on Crypto Twitter and shape how traders, degens, and whales understand our vision. You will be the voice of a protocol building institutional-grade onchain markets, turning complex infrastructure into narratives that move the needle. As the Social Media & Content Lead, you will be the primary architect of our public persona. You won't just be "posting"; you'll be driving the narrative and building a movement. Your core responsibilities will include: Strategy Ownership: Developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our core narrative and overarching marketing direction. X (Twitter) Management: Owning our X account end-to-end—from high-level thread planning to real-time engagement. Creative Translation: Turning complex technical infrastructure and trading concepts into high-signal content that resonates with the crypto community. Ecosystem Engagement: Engaging daily with our community, active traders, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to keep us at the center of the conversation. Trend Monitoring: Staying ahead of the curve on market events, DeFi trends, and the ever-evolving Crypto Twitter discourse. Multimodal Content: Collaborating with our design and video teams to ship high-quality visuals, clips, and short-form content. We are looking for a high-agency individual who doesn't need a script to be effective. Crypto-Native: You live on-chain and have prior professional experience within the crypto industry. Voice & Tone: You are a top-tier writer with a bone-deep understanding of "CT" culture. You know when to be professional and when to lean into the meme. High Agency: You are opinionated, proactive, and comfortable taking the lead without constant supervision. Passionate Creator: You genuinely love social media and the fast-paced nature of digital storytelling. Bonus Points if you: Deeply understand perpetuals, liquidity provisioning, and current crypto market trends. Are an active trader yourself. Have a proven track record of growing a crypto brand’s social footprint from the ground up.
