The Job in a Nutshell💡 We are seeking a Sales Expansion Manager to drive the adoption of Foodics products and services within our existing customer base. This role involves leading a tele-sales team to execute strategic outbound initiatives aimed at generating incremental revenue from current clients. Main Task & Responsibilities 💡 Manage an outbound tele-sales team to identify opportunities to expand the penetration of Foodics Products among existing customers (e.g., Foodics Pay, Foodics Online) Set up processes and KPIs to track and optimize the performance of the team members (e.g., Calls conducted, Conversion rate, etc.) Lead the expansion efforts of newly launched Foodics products towards existing customers Collaborate with higher management to establish and execute sales targets countrywide Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of expansion sales Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales Assisting sales personnel in their techniques Developing specific strategies to ensure growth both long and short-term What Are We Looking For❓ 5+ years sales experience in SaaS / FMCG / F&B / FinTech industry Experience in managing a high-performance tele-sales team previously with at least 5 people or more Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Must have strong and excellent English & Arabic communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment What We Offer You❗ We believe you will love working at Foodics!
