Domain: Banking / Financial Services Experience: +5 Years Location: KSA / On-site (Riyadh) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are hiring a highly skilled Cortex & IST Developer to work on mission‑critical banking systems within a complex, regulated financial environment. This role is not limited to development only — it requires deep technical ownership, strong banking domain understanding, and the ability to deliver stable, secure, and scalable solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing and supporting Cortex & IST platforms, collaborating with business, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless system performance and business continuity. Key Responsibilities: Own the end‑to‑end development lifecycle of Cortex & IST applications (design, development, testing support, deployment, and production support). Develop, customize, and enhance Cortex & IST modules based on business and regulatory requirements. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Design and implement system integrations with Core Banking, Card Management, Channels, and Middleware systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in UAT and Production environments . Participate in system upgrades, patches, and version migrations. Ensure high standards of security, performance, and code quality . Support testing teams during SIT/UAT phases and ensure timely defect resolution. Prepare and maintain high‑quality technical documentation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Business, QA, Infrastructure, and Vendors. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. +5 Years of hands‑on development experience with Cortex & IST in a banking environment. Strong understanding of banking systems, transaction processing, and card‑related workflows . Proven experience in system integrations and backend development. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis skills. Experience working in high‑availability, production‑critical systems . Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
