The Job in a Nutshell💡 As an Associate Product Manager for Foodics Pay, you will play a vital role in the development and management of our product. You will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life, improve existing products, and help drive the company's success. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the field of product management. What You Will Do❓ Define and prioritize product features and enhancements. Assist in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and development plans. Work closely with design, engineering & QA teams to ensure the successful execution of product features. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Analyze user feedback and data to make data-driven product decisions. Elicit and document product requirements from various stakeholders. Define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer support. Provide regular updates on project status and key milestones. Track and analyze product metrics to evaluate product performance. Assist in identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes. What Are We Looking For❓ 1-3 years of experience in a Product Management role preferably in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment or relevant field Demonstrated ability to think strategically about a product, product management methodology and its positioning in the market. Strong ability to present ideas and information in influential and compelling ways. Ability to develop business relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies to facilitate efficient product development. Must have strong and excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and Arabic is a must. Other European languages are an advantage. Willing to travel within and outside the assigned area. Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Who Will Excel❓ Previous experience in online ordering applications. Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.
