Role Overview Tawantech is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our offshoring team in Cairo. The role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making for regional and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations. Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control to support business objectives. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Support senior management with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations . Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and accuracy. Collaborate with offshore stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely financial delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA is a plus). 8–12+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role . Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls . Experience in offshoring or multinational environments is highly preferred. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
