The Job in a Nutshell💡 We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support Foodics brand position in Kuwait. What Will You Do❓ Plan and execute marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation. Own our monthly social media calendar: Developing monthly social media creative content and managing all the social media channels. Create and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, product demos, etc.). Brief external agencies/suppliers and follow up on campaigns/projects. Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and support campaign optimization. Conduct market research and analyze brand awareness and monitor competitors. Develop and implement cross-selling and upselling campaigns through direct marketing channels. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. Research relevant events, approach organizers and get proposals, brief agencies for the production of branded materials, and own on-ground activation details. What Are We Looking For❓ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role in Kuwait. Proficiency in copywriting (English, Arabic and Kuwaiti Dialect). High awareness of current trends across social media platforms. Skilled in videography and basic editing. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Who Will Excel ❓ Familiarity with the SaaS or in depth in the F&B industry is a plus. Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, Illustrator). Innovative thinker with strong analytical abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
