Job Summary Seeking a Senior Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in FALCON Platform to provide L2/L3 production support, ensure system stability, and optimize fraud detection performance within a banking environment. Key Responsibilities Provide production support and incident resolution (SLA-driven). Monitor fraud alerts, transactions, and system performance. Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues. Support system upgrades, patches, and deployments. Perform root cause analysis (RCA). Coordinate with fraud operations, core banking, and IT teams. Requirements 5+ years in banking application support. Hands-on experience with FALCON Fraud Management System. Strong SQL and Unix/Linux knowledge. Understanding of fraud monitoring (cards & digital payments). Familiar with ITIL processes.
