We practice servant leadership and believe that by focusing on the success of our clients, team members, and partners, we all achieve greater success.  Credence has an immediate opening for a Integrated Master Scheduler at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F-16 division at Hill AFB, UT.  F-16 “Viper” AFLCMC/WAM is headquartered at Hill Air Force Base with units located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Tyndall Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.  The F-16 “Viper” is a multi-role fighter jet delivering air-to-air, air-to-ground, and surveillance capabilities for the United States Air Force (USAF) and Coalition Partners. The F-16 program has the largest Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in U.S. history producing over 4,500 jets for 24 countries.  Each F-16 FMS case is uniquely tailored to country requirements / development / funding.  Presently, FMS production orders exist through 2030. Additionally, the F-16 program includes the Multi-National Fighter Program (MNFP). MNFP is not a typical FMS program, but a unique, cooperative USAF and development program implemented through the FMS process under the framework of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). MNFP began in 1975 with the countries of Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Norway; Portugal joined in 200. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: Shall support program managers and engineers with all functions required to schedule and track ongoing and future programs.  The Contractor shall support Information Assurance (IA) analysis, Operational Safety Suitability & Effectiveness (OSS&E), Airworthiness Evaluations, Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), System Requirements Reviews (SRRs), system functional review, Joint Multi-National Configuration Control Team/Board (JMCCT/B), JRRB and Multistage Improvement Process Cockpit Review Team (CRT).  Will assist in managing, planning, integrating, tracking, developing schedules and preparing documents such as SOW, Engineering Project Requests (EPRs) and Purchase Requests (PRs) for the implementation and execution of aircraft modifications and their requisite integration into the aircraft OFP software.  Will assist other IPT members such as hardware and software engineers, equipment specialists, logistics managers, PMs, and modification managers and provide direct support to Government leads in the development of aircraft modification programs.  Will assist to develop and brief, as required, program schedule, engineering impacts, installation, cost, fielding impacts, and requirement information. Will assist to collaborate on and coordinate upgrade kit deliveries and installation schedules between IPTs and production management.  Will assist to collect and provide data required to effectively support integrating and planning various modifications for the F-16 weapon system.  Shall support F-16 SPO, major command, squadron, unit or other Air Force/Contractor personnel with questions by e-mail, phone or letter on the assigned system. Will assist to provide scheduling and logistics support services for sustainment and modernization of the F-16 avionics suite.   Shall convene and support program and block management reviews and other related meetings as well as manage sustainment requirements, develop SORAP, interim Contractor support, resolve CM issues, system integration requirements and coordinating upgrade schedules. Will assist to identify sustainment elements in requirement documentation, collecting cost and schedule data, and estimating F-16 SPO resources required to sustain the weapon system and assist in verifying the data’s accuracy.  Shall advise and assist to resolve configuration issues by collecting data from IPTs and reviewing for conflicts with other subsystems. Will assist to effectively interact and provide status of ongoing programs using DoD and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) data systems.  Shall assist with data analysis, such as part number requisitions, item/system research and evaluations, and present information in both written and verbal format. Must have at least an active secret clearance. Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, at least five of which must be in the DoD or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD or Fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications, eight of which must be in the DoD Specialized Experience: Recommend a working background in Air Force acquisition program management, logistics, configuration management, system engineering, production management, kit/mod management and financial management. Will assist to provide scheduling and program management support services for modernization of the F-16.
