Key Account & Professional Services Manager – Procurement Software (m/w/d) Über INPLAN INPLAN entwickelt seit 30 Jahren Standard-Software für Häfen, Terminalbetreiber und Logistik – einschließlich Procurement-Lösungen (Source-to-Pay, RFQ/RFP). Wir digitalisieren kritische Prozesse an über 50 Standorten. Über die Rolle Sie betreuen ein definiertes Bestandskunden-Portfolio für unsere Procurement-Lösungen. Fokus: stabile Beziehungen, klare Aufnahme und Spezifikation von Änderungswünschen (Change Requests), eigenverantwortliche Steuerung der Umsetzung mit Delivery sowie kundennahe Demos und Workshops. Programmieren ist nicht erforderlich – wichtig ist technisches Verständnis (Software-Architektur auf hoher Ebene, Integrationen, Datenflüsse) und sehr starke schriftliche Kommunikation. Sie sind die verlässliche Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Entwicklung. Ihre Aufgaben Hauptansprechpartner:in für zugewiesene Procurement-Kunden; Themen, Termine und Ergebnisse eigenverantwortlich steuern. Change Requests: Anforderungen aufnehmen und präzisieren (Use Cases, Akzeptanzkriterien), Angebot und Umsetzung koordinieren, bis zur Abnahme nachverfolgen. Technisches Briefing: fachlich-technische Klärungen mit Entwicklung; Spezifikationen auf Eindeutigkeit prüfen; einfache Architektur- bzw. Ablaufskizzen lesen oder skizzieren (z. B. Datenflüsse, API-Sequenzen). Presales und Enablement: Demos, Workshops, kurze Anleitungen/How-tos für Nutzer:innen. Ticket- und Eskalationsmanagement: Priorisieren, Erwartungsmanagement, transparente Kommunikation (z. B. in Jira/Confluence). Vertriebsunterstützung im Bestand (Module/CRs), kurze persönliche Forecast-Pipeline pflegen, regelmäßige Status-Updates intern. Dokumentation: klare Spezifikationen, Entscheidungsprotokolle, saubere Übergaben an Delivery. Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift. Gutes Englisch. 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in Account Management, Customer Success oder Consulting im B2B-Softwareumfeld (idealerweise Procurement/Source-to-Pay/RFQ/RFP). Ausgeprägtes Ownership, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, verbindliche Kommunikation. Technisches Verständnis auf hoher Ebene: moderne Software-Architekturen (z. B. Client/Server, web- und API-basierte Systeme, on-prem vs. hosted), Integrationsmuster und Datenflüsse; sicher im Austausch mit Entwicklung (User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien). Praxis im produktiven Einsatz von AI-Tools (z. B. Doku-Verdichtung, Ticket-Zusammenfassungen, Recherche, Analysen). Toolroutine: Jira/Confluence, MS Office. Reisebereitschaft im DACH-Raum; regelmäßige Präsenz in Mülheim (Hybrid). Nice to have Erfahrung mit Procurement-Prozessen (S2P, RFx, Genehmigungs-Workflows). Fähigkeit, einfache Diagramme/Modelle zu lesen oder grob zu skizzieren (Sequenz-/Flow-Diagramme, ER-Übersichten). Lesekompetenz bei SQL-Ergebnissen (zur Validierung von Listen/Reports). Erfahrung mit on-prem Kundenumgebungen auf Anwender-/Projektebene (ohne Admin-Verantwortung).
