We are seeking a skilled and experienced FullStack Developer with a passion for building seamless user experiences and scalable front-end applications. You will be instrumental in driving UI/UX implementation, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces.  Develop, maintain, and improve modern web applications using front-end frameworks using React.  Translate design prototypes and wireframes into high-quality code with pixel-perfect precision.  Collaborate closely with a product manager, designers, back-end developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.  Drive performance optimizations, SEO best practices, and responsive design.  Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.  Identify and address usability and accessibility issues.  Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end trends, technologies, and best practices.  Contribute to the evolution of our component libraries and design systems.  Proficient in Azure Devops (Functions, Apps, etc) and React Framework.  At least 5 years in Software Developer role  Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Git Repository, Continuous Integration and ASP.NET Core (C#).  Knowledge of Unit Testing (Jest (Node)), Postman (for API testing), and Debuggers: Language-specific or IDE-based (VSCode, IntelliJ, etc.).  Knowledge of OAuth2 / JWT for authentication, HTTPS / TLS.  Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall.   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
