We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our Forms Express team in Geelong, Victoria! Forms Express, part of Valsoft Corporation revolutionizes the way payment solutions are delivered. Our innovative and flexible payment options are tailored to meet the unique needs of local government billing in Australia and New Zealand. You must have a keen eye for data accuracy and a knack for problem-solving. If that sounds like you, then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team at Forms Express as a Data Analyst. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of billing data for our diverse customer base. What your day will look like Data Analysis and Processing: Handle data processing tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Work closely with customer data, ensuring its cleanliness and accuracy. Map data to document templates and generate document output files for various distribution channels. Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and meeting customer deadlines. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction. Deliver proofs to customers for validation before final document production. Problem Solving: Methodically resolve data issues and contribute to broader problem-solving efforts. Demonstrate persistence in addressing challenges to ensure the integrity of the billing and payment processes. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Collaborate with team members and work independently when necessary. Technical Skills: Utilise strong database knowledge, including familiarity with SQL Server, TSQL, and PowerBI. Develop basic web design skills, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Understand basic IT infrastructure to navigate and troubleshoot related issues. Time Management: Exhibit strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
