Grade Level: L2 Location: Islamabad Last date to apply: 2 March 2026 What is Expert Business Analyst? Business analysts are responsible for serving as liaisons between all the departments and the IS&T organization. We collect, analyze, develop, document, communicate business requirements, and support user testing to achieve business goals. What does Expert Business Analyst do? Ensure successful delivery of technology-based projects within the constraints of time, scope, resources, cost and quality.  Manage project lifecycle, including business case approval, requirements gathering from Business stakeholders & analysis, project planning, maintaining resource calendar, design, implementation, Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, arranging trainings for support teams, Project handover to Operations and update lessons learnt.  Construct the requirement specifications document, get the contractors SOW and manage change control process. Anticipate deviations from the project plan, influence factors causing the change and timely highlight deviations, if any, to the management in order to take corrective measures. Maintain risk register, make mitigation plans and compile and track issues logs. Liaison with various stakeholders, resolve conflicts and exercise regular team building activities to resolve issues.  Set and track tasks milestones proactively with outsourced vendors & cross functional teams and update the project as a result of approved change control process. Present regular Project status reports to the Governance Board as well as to the higher management, highlighting key milestones, achievements, budget review, constraints, and areas seeking attention, escalating issues, justifying additional cost and arranging additional budgets. Ensure project launch readiness after validating scope and taking sign-offs from the Business, Technology Management and other key stakeholders Documentation of the Process Workflows, Requirement Specification, Project Report, lessons learnt and maintaining an online repository for the Organization. What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Business Analyst? Hold Bachelors (IT, Computer Sciences or Engineering). Masters will be a Plus. Have 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
