About the role: As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies related to Customer Value Management (CVM) You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through targeted campaigns and data-driven insights. Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on CVM and consumer finance products. Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives. Manage budgets effectively and ensure a strong ROI on marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience working with digital marketing tools and platforms. Ability to create and manage budgets effectively.
