Grade Level : L1 Location : Islamabad/Rawalpindi Last Date to Apply : 4th March 2026 About the Role As a UI/UX Designer at TekNoSys, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces and user experiences . Working closely with product managers and developers , you will ensure that the designs meet both user needs and business goals. You will be a key contributor to the design process from concept to final implementation, focusing on crafting seamless and impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Design wireframes , prototypes , and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure usability. Collaborate with product managers , developers , and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs . Maintain and evolve design systems and design patterns to ensure consistency across products. Ensure designs are aligned with both user goals and business objectives . Present design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback. Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX design and emerging design tools . "Familiarity with AI-powered code assistants, automated testing, and AI-driven DevSecOps tools preferred Bachelor’s degree in Design , Human-Computer Interaction , or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in UI/UX design . Proven experience in creating intuitive user interfaces and user experiences across web and mobile platforms . Familiarity with modern design systems and UI patterns . Experience with user research methods and usability testing to inform design decisions. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , and InVision . Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Axure , Marvel ). Knowledge of user research tools like Lookback , Optimal Workshop , or UserTesting for usability testing. Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) for design assets. Knowledge of design principles such as color theory , typography , layout design , and accessibility standards. Ability to come up with innovative design solutions to complex problems. Focus on creating pixel-perfect designs and ensuring consistency across all deliverables. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Strong focus on creating designs that prioritize user needs and improve overall user satisfaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills to present design ideas clearly and explain design decisions. Additional Skills Responsive Design : Experience designing mobile-friendly interfaces using techniques like CSS Grid and Flexbox . Prototyping : Ability to create interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and flows. UI Animations : Familiarity with incorporating UI animations to enhance the user experience. Cross-Platform Design : Understanding of designing for both iOS and Android platforms using tools like Figma and Sketch . Agile Methodologies : Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating closely with development teams. Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter for cross-platform app design. Experience with cloud-based design collaboration tools such as Zeplin or Abstract . Knowledge of front-end web technologies like HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript to collaborate with developers. Familiarity with API integration in mobile and web design for seamless user interactions.
