 Configure the policies in Bitdefender Manage the Splashtop account Handle complex server/cloud issues. Oversee network security (VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, password management, 2FA).  Maintain device inventory and enforce IT policies (onboarding/offboarding, access control, backups).  Coordinate with vendors (ISPs, hardware suppliers, security tools). Support teams with hardware/software issues, license renewals, and basic integrations Assist with data privacy and security compliance 5+ years in IT admin or helpdesk for startups/Software Companies Experience managing Bitdefender GravityZone (policy creation and deployment). Experience with Splashtop or similar remote access tools for troubleshooting. Ability to set up and troubleshoot office WiFi (Access Points, Firewalls) and VPNs. Hardware: Strong knowledge of both MacOS and Windows laptop setup
