Provide regular updates and feedback on recruitment progress to business stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. 3–5 years of recruitment experience, Awareness of advanced sourcing techniques . Knowledge of labor market trends and local white-collar hiring channels. Familiarity with CBI techniques and discussion group activity management . Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
