Grade Level: L1 Location: Islamabad Last Date to Apply: 4th March 2026 What is Bids Executive? The Bids Executive is part of the Bids & Proposal Management team within Jazz Business Fulfilment. The role supports preparation and submission of competitive B2B and B2G bids, ensuring full compliance with technical, commercial, financial, and regulatory requirements—particularly under PPRA frameworks. The role reports to the Manager Bids & Proposals and works closely with Sales, Presales, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial, and Technical teams. What does Bids Executive do? ·        Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents (especially B2G bids under PPRA rules). ·        Prepare complete technical and financial proposals for GSM, Fixed, Cloud, IT, and System Integration (SI) solutions. ·        Ensure compliance with PPRA regulations, bid eligibility criteria, and mandatory documentation requirements. ·        Coordinate with Presales and Technical teams to develop compliant solutions aligned with Scope of Work. ·        Compile legal, financial, commercial, and technical documentation for timely bid submission. ·        Participate in pre-bid meetings and prepare clarification queries. ·        Support pricing strategy development in coordination with Sales and Commercial teams. ·        Maintain bid repository including pricing benchmarks, competitor insights, and win/loss analysis. ·        Track bid milestones, submission deadlines, and post-submission follow-ups. ·        Ensure proper documentation, bid bonds, performance guarantees, and regulatory compliance. Key Deliverables ·        Timely and compliant submission of bids and tenders. ·        Zero non-compliance on mandatory bid requirements. ·        Accurate technical and financial proposal documentation. ·        Maintained and updated bid database and reporting dashboard. ·        Improved bid quality through structured win/loss analysis. Experience & Education ·        1–2 years of relevant experience in B2B/B2G bid management, presales, or proposal preparation. ·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electrical, Computer, IT) or Business/Management from an HEC-recognized institute. ·        Understanding of PPRA rules and public sector procurement processes (mandatory for B2G exposure). ·        Basic understanding of GSM, Fixed Connectivity (Fiber, P2P/PMP), Cloud services, IT infrastructure, and System Integration. Technical Skills ·        Strong understanding of telecom and enterprise product portfolio. ·        Ability to interpret technical BOQs, SOWs, and compliance matrices. ·        Financial acumen for pricing sheets, cost models, and margin analysis. ·        Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and document structuring. ·        Knowledge of bid bonds, performance guarantees, and contractual documentation. Soft Skills ·        Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·        Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ·        High attention to detail and documentation accuracy. ·        Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. ·        Self-driven, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
