Responsibilities Welcome guests on board and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the flight Perform safety demonstrations and explain emergency procedures to passengers Offer and provide in-flight meals, drinks, and any other services required by passengers Handle emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary Maintain a high level of cleanliness on the aircraft before and after every flight Assist passengers with any special needs, including children and elderly passengers Communicate effectively with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations At least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent Fluency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in another language is a plus Customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items, such as luggage, with ease
