Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, is seeking highly skilled and experienced A320 Captains to join our growing operation. As a premium airline, we are redefining the leisure travel experience through a refined product, thoughtful service design and operational excellence. Our Captains play a critical leadership role in upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism and command. We are currently recruiting A320 Captains for base opportunities in: Dubai, UAE (DWC) Malé, Maldives (MLE) Bahrain (BAH) Responsibilities Plan and execute flights to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew on board. Oversee all aspects of the flight, including take-off, landing, and in-flight procedures. Work collaboratively with the First Officer to ensure proper communication and teamwork in the cockpit. Maintain meticulous records of flight activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices, policies, and procedures. Respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly, following established protocols and procedures. Act as a positive brand ambassador for Beond and uphold the company's high standards for customer service and luxury travel. Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time, including 1,500 command hours and 500 hours on A320 aircraft. Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. Experience working in multi-cultural environments. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
