We offer exciting career opportunities for individuals with the following details: Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the engineering and maintenance team, ensuring the highest levels of quality and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards. Manage the annual budget and capital expenditure plans for the engineering and maintenance department. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of the resort's infrastructure and equipment. Manage all vendor contracts and relationships to ensure the highest standards of service. Ensure that all guest requests and issues related to engineering and maintenance are resolved quickly and efficiently. Open only to Indonesian Citizens. Experience at least 5 years solid experience in Engineering in the hospitality industry and must have experience as Director of Engineering, preferably of a large operation of more than 500 rooms and villas, residential building, multi F&B outlets, multi-pools, a wide landscaping area, and a large spa operation in a luxury resort environment. Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment and critical thinking. Excellent organization skills, analytical skills, tact, strong follow-up skills, and project management. Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills. Good knowledge of project construction and direct experience would be an advantage. Has the ability to analyze financial data, budgeting, and cost calculation for an effective return on investment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. Master's degree is desirable.
