We are in search of young talent with an energetic yet professional personality who meets the requirements for a Loss Prevention Apprentice to join our team at the finest 5-star resort in Labuan Bajo, Flores. Conduct routine patrols and monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, and access control) to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property Prevent and respond to security incidents such as theft, vandalism, emergencies and accidents in accordance with SOPs Control and monitor access to the premises, including key control, access cards, and property removal procedures Prepare accurate reports, daily logs, and investigation documentation related to security incidents Provide professional security assistance to guests and coordinate with internal departments and external authorities when necessary Professional appearance and conduct with strong integrity, honesty, and sense of responsibility Good observation skills, situational awareness, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure Effective communication and reporting skills, with basic English proficiency Ability to follow SOPs and security procedures accurately, with a strong discipline and goal-oriented mindset Physically fit, willing to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays), with minimum SMA education and valid Gada Pratama certification
