We are looking for a Assistant Manager Engineering who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali. Responsibilities Analyze operations and offer suggestions for improvement Configure and maintain network-based AV systems Inspect inventory and reorder materials and technical components Support troubleshooting during live events or critical operations Maintain records and assist to complete request from guest with system provide by the management Coordinate with vendors, and operational teams Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort. Solid understanding of AV signal flow, system integration, and troubleshooting Strong technical skills in Audio Visual systems Familiar with network devices such as managed switches, routers, and access points Good knowledge of IT fundamentals, especially IP networking, experience with AV over IP systems Has strong follow-up skills, great sense or urgency to prioritize work and perform well under pressure. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors, and operational teams Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other relevant fields
