Sfakianakis Group , the official importer of BYD , one of the fastest-growing automotive manufacturers worldwide, is seeking a: Retail Sales Manager BYD Responsibilities: Participates in the development, monitoring and implementation of the annual budget Is responsible for the commercial development of the brand in the Greek market across all points of sale under their supervision Guides and evaluates sales teams according to BYD’s standards and strategic directions Achieves the brand’s quantitative and qualitative targets Proposes commercial policy actions, including promotional activities and sales incentives, taking into account competition and market trends Ensures a high level of customer experience and consistency throughout the customer journey Ensures compliance with corporate procedures, policies, health & safety regulations and network standards Collaborates with all departments and divisions of the Group to ensure consistent implementation of BYD’s strategy and brand standards Monitors competition and market developments, providing management with necessary insights and information   Requirements: BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field Proven experience in a Senior Brand Manager, Retail Director or equivalent senior role, preferably in the Αutomotive sector Experience with CRM systems, SP4, LMS and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, dashboards) Project management, team leadership and collaboration skills Fluent English (written and spoken)   Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Leadership and team management capabilities Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach   What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package.
