Sales Associate: City Wide is seeking outgoing dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our B2B sales team. If you have a "can-do" attitude and a strong drive to succeed, this job is for you. City Wide Sales Associates join an aggressive, highly productive sales team. You will be the prospector, making connections and building relationships with clients to fill the sales pipeline. You will bring a deep understanding of our business to each contact, identifying opportunities for a broad range of services. Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies. What is required of you as a Sales Associate? You are a strong hunter and can easily explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals. You have exceptional listening and questioning skills, love to find new business, sell value instead of price, and develop long-lasting customer relationships. Preferred Qualifications: Outgoing and energetic, with a dynamic personality Can-do attitude that loves to be challenged Career-Oriented, with a strong desire to win Basic understanding of outside sales principles A creative problem-solver who is always looking for the next opportunity Cold calling/prospecting experience is a plus. Prior history of building and establishing relationships Capable of working independently and as team Requirements: 6 months to 2 years outside sales experience (B2B preferred) Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals Strong history of leadership and academic achievement Bachelor's degree or equivalent Excellent work ethic Strong communication and presentation skills Strong MS office and CRM abilities
