You'll serve as the financial backbone of our high-growth building services franchise—handling full-cycle accounting, cash flow, and financial statements so our leaders can stay laser-focused on revenue growth, not data details. What you will do... Assist with maintaining accurate accounting records and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls. Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support audits. Utilize accounting software such as Dynamics Business Central, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle to manage financial transactions. Manage time proactively - prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Communicate effectively in written and verbal form with finance team members and other departments. Support process improvements and automation within the accounting function. Perform other duties as assigned. What is required... Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience (A/P, A/R, and/or GL). Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP. Full understanding of chart of accounts, income statements, and balance sheets. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software such as Dynamics Business Central, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
