We're looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Solutions Manager who loves building relationships, solving problems, and making a real difference — one client at a time. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and trusted voice for our clients, supporting our independent contractors and our operations team to make sure every account runs smoothly and every customer feels taken care of. Time Commitment About 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling A great mix of field visits, client conversations, and light administrative work Periodic on-site visits to keep tabs on quality (and say hello!) What You'll Be Doing Building and maintaining strong relationships with your assigned client accounts Walking sites regularly to make sure everything looks and runs great Keeping contractors informed and aligned on expectations Jumping on client concerns quickly and seeing them through to resolution Keeping clean, accurate records in our CRM system Coordinating scheduling and service requests with ease Spotting opportunities to make good accounts even better How We'll Know You're Thriving You'll shine in this role if your clients are happy, issues get resolved fast, your site visits are consistent, and your communication and documentation are on point.
