Technical details about the position: Working hours: at least 20 hours / week , between the opening hours, which is the following: 08:30 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Type: student contract Location : Debrecen, Vezér strt. 39. (Tudáspark), Hungary ( fully on-site ) What you’ll be doing: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging, solar connectivity, mobile app usage, and more Guide customers through product features and best practices Escalate technical issues following structured processes Own the customer journey from first contact to final resolution Log all interactions accurately and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional support What you bring: Fluency in  German (C1)  and strong English communication skills ( B2 ) Active student status and ongoing studies A service mindset — patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented Confidence working with modern tech — especially mobile apps and smart devices Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting tools Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow procedures Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or BPO is a plus
