What you’ll be doing Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging, solar connectivity, mobile app usage, and more Guide customers through product features and best practices Escalate technical issues following structured processes Own the customer journey from first contact to final resolution Log all interactions accurately and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional support Technical details of the position Base location: 1132 Budapest, Váci street 22-24. (Regus Business Center,) Hungary Work Mode: Onsite, from our office Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, from Monday to Friday Type: Full-time, 40 hours / week What you bring Fluency in  German (C1)  and strong English communication skills ( B2 ) A service mindset — patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented Confidence working with modern tech — especially mobile apps and smart devices Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting tools Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow procedures Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or BPO is a plus
