We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to join our team. In this frontline role, you will provide exceptional customer and technical support through multiple channels including phone, chat, and email. You will assist customers with product and service inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate is a confident problem-solver who takes ownership of customer concerns from start to resolution. You are patient, empathetic, highly communicative, and able to remain focused and effective in a fast-paced environment. Take full ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution; Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify effective solutions for hardware and software concerns; Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while adapting communication style to their technical level; Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams; Assist customers with product and service information using established call handling protocols and procedures; Process orders, manage service requests, and support customer retention efforts; Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience; Ensure contact resolution within defined timelines while maintaining high-quality standards in every interaction; Escalate service-related issues to the correct department in accordance with company processes; Maintain strict compliance with customer Data Privacy and Security policies; Communicate and collaborate positively with team members, customers, and business partners. High school diploma; Excellent English communication skills; Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Strong affinity to electronics and technology; Good attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
