Domes Aulus Elounda We are currently hiring for Domes Aulus Elounda, Curio Collection by Hilton , an ultimate luxury boutique 5* resort, located in the area of Crete. Room Maid The Role: The role of the maid at Domes Resorts is crucial in ensuring the excellent image of the accommodation, taking care of the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel rooms. The role requires dedication and attention to detail to effectively manage daily tasks. Some of the responsibilities: Cleanliness of Rooms ·        Cleaning, ventilating, disinfecting and arranging rooms, changing bed linen, sheets and towels, and returning rooms to their original condition after the departure of the guests. ·        Cleaning and tidying rooms, Replenishing toiletries to resident customers. Inventory control, product procurement and equipment usage ·        Checking stocks of room equipment, such as soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, and other products, informing managers of necessary orders. ·        Proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment. ·        Recording and reporting needs for cleaning supplies and materials. Ensuring Health and Safety ·        Ensuring that cleaning procedures are followed correctly in accordance with health and safety standards. ·        Implement strict cleaning and hygiene standards. ·        Checking for damage or problems and informing the maintenance department. Collaboration with the Reception Department ·        Information on the status of rooms (e.g. ready for check-in). ·        Immediate response to special guest requests (e.g. extra bedding). Useful to have: ·        At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position in the hotel services sector. ·        Good knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures. ·        Knowledge of English is considered an advantage. What you will bring: ·        Ability to work at a fast pace and deal with pressure in a professional manner. ·        Responsibility and attention to detail. ·        Teamwork and good collaboration with all departments. ·        Ability to manage time and priorities.
