Domes Noruz Kassandra We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Domes Noruz Kassandra , an ultimate luxury experience, located in Kassandra Chalkidikis . Waiter A The Role: At Domes Resorts the Waiter/Waitress A’ provides excellent customer service and ensures an enjoyable dining and drinking experience for the Domes’ guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs throughout their meal. Some of the responsibilities: Guest Services ·        Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner, escort them to their tables. ·        Thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit. ·        Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the meal, attending to guests' needs and preferences. Operational Services ·        Provide menu information and answer questions about food and drinks. ·        Record transactions/orders in Point of Sales (POS) systems at the time of order. ·        Perform shift closing on the Point of sales (POS) terminal and tally cash and credit card settlements. ·        Ensure that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas. Collaboration ·        Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. ·        Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, as well as additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests. Useful to have: ·        High School degree or vocational training in a similar field is preferred. ·        A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment will be an asset. ·        Good knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations. ·        Conversational English level and familiarity with POS system. What you will bring: ·        Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ·        Excellent planning and organizational skills. ·        Ability to build relationships, internally and externally, withing their department and between their department and the rest of the hotel. ·        Proactive way of managing and organizing with an eye to detail. ·        Communication and interpersonal skills for better service.
