Position Available At : 300 Poplar St. NW, Winston-Samel, NC 27101 Currently hiring for lead teachers Preschool Lead Teacher Hourly Pay Range : $15-$17 per hour Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service. Teacher Responsibilities: Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment. Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow. Support children’s social and emotional development. Foster learning through STEAM learning and the Creative Curriculum. Use our app to communicate and build relationships with families. Passion for working with young children. At least 18-years-old. At least 1 year experience as a teacher in a licensed daycare or preschool. Minimum of EDU 119 required for lead teacher positions Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred. CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain). High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to pass background checks & health assessments. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
