About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Specialist to ensure that all manufactured and purchased components meet our company’s quality and compliance standards. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining product excellence, improving quality systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections on manufactured and purchased components to verify compliance with company and industry standards. Identify, document, and resolve non-conformities within defined timeframes. Lead and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) , ensuring accurate documentation of results. Maintain and continuously improve quality systems, procedures, and documentation. Propose and implement enhancements to quality control processes to drive operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to all relevant industry standards, certifications, and internal policies. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to uphold product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation Familiarity with MS Office, Google Drive, and ERP systems Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective teamwork and communication skills A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
